1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 1jili online gaming platform available at 1jili.club (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "1jili," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from 1jili or any affiliated platform.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 1jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of 1jili, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all account registrations and the ongoing maintenance of your account:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on 1jili. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 1jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4. Identity Verification (KYC): 1jili may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
5. Account Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. You may contact our support team to request updates to information that cannot be changed directly through your account settings.

1jili reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms or applicable law.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 1jili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 1jili account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 1jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your 1jili account.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1 to 3 business days.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of request.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed against bonus-derived funds.

1jili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of fraud checks, identity verification, or investigation of suspected Terms violations. In cases where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, funds may be frozen and reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

1jili offers various bonuses and promotional programs to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Unused bonuses will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely from bonus play. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.

• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash except as permitted under the applicable wagering requirements.

1jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional program at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the change.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 1jili — including live casino games, slot games, Tongits Go, Bingo, and crash games — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• Random Number Generators: All non-live games on 1jili use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are subject to periodic independent testing.
• Live Games: Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real time. Game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to software manipulation by 1jili.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 1jili. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true location or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.

8 Responsible Gaming

1jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the Platform. We recognize that online gaming can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 1jili players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1jili and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

For disputes relating specifically to game outcomes or account transactions, 1jili's internal review process must be exhausted before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. Decisions made by 1jili following an internal review are final and binding with respect to game outcome disputes.
